OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN APPLICANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY:  

Must be 18 years or older to enter.

Must live in one (1) of the contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

​

 

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Contest, complete and submit the submission form or email matt@thecavendermethod.com and request to enter the contest.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS: 

A panel assigned by Sponsor will review all entries. All eligible Submissions received during the Contest Period will continue into Phase Two. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected as the winner.

​​

Only one (1) entrant will be selected as the winner, and a selected number of entrants will win 2nd Prize.

​​

The Winners will be notified by email or phone and will be required to execute and return “Contest Documents” within ten (10) days of notification.  Noncompliance within this time period, with these Official Rules or the return of or inability to respond to or deliver any Prize notification or Contest Documents, may result in disqualification, and at Sponsor’s discretion, and time permitting, alternate Winners may be selected from among all eligible remaining Submissions using the Judging Criteria above.

PRIZES:  ​

There will be one winner that will receive a $3000 Premium Fall Prevention and Balance Package.

 

  • First Prize Winner: One (1) entrant will be randomly selected to receive a $3000 Premium Fall Prevention and Balance Package.

 

  • Second Prize Winners: Will receive $1500 cash value toward a $3000 Premium Fall Prevention and Balance Package.

Prizes are subject to applicable Terms and Conditions.  Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize or redeem Prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

 

CONDITIONS:  By entering the Contest, each applicant agrees for applicant and for applicant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Contest judges and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such applicant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability or arising from the Contest and to hereby acknowledge that Released parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; and (c) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Contest itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.  Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Contest at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
